A 45-minute playful journey into yoga designed especially for curious little ones. Through fun energetic games, stories, and movement, children explore balance, strength, and calm in a light-hearted way. This class helps them build body awareness, focus, and confidence while having lots of fun along the way!
(15 children per class max)
