The Wellness Portal: My Heartfelt Vision for Your Everyday Wellbeing

I say that with full, raw honesty. Because six weeks ago, I stood on the edge of launching something that felt too big to hold. The vision for The Wellness Portal had been bubbling inside me for years, but bringing it to life? It took everything I had.


There was blood. Literal blood from the stress. I recorded a full foundation yoga course only to find—after hours of flow, sweat, and speaking from my soul—that the mic was plugged in the wrong way. The sound was unusable. I cried. Then I reshot it. And just when I finally captured one of the best videos I had ever filmed, the sun came out, shifting the light so harshly I looked like a glowing orb. I sat on the mat and sobbed. Not once. Many times.


Sleepless nights. Dozens of reshoots. A crash course in lighting, cameras, audio—all the things I never thought I’d have to learn. I’m not a technician. I’m not a sound engineer. I’m a yoga coach. A healer. A guide.


But I cried. I sweated. I shed tears, and blood, and doubt. And I kept going. Because of you.


Because I knew this was needed. I knew you needed it. And I wasn’t going to let a few tech demons stop me from bringing something sacred and life-changing into the world.

So it might not surprise you when I tell you that creating The Wellness Portal was not just a business idea. It was the obvious next step. A natural evolution of everything I’ve built over the years.



Since I launched The Wellness Portal, I’ve been filming beautiful classes for you every single week. And I don’t just hit record—I feel into it. I step onto the mat and I imagine you. I imagine a full class of us practicing together. I bring the energy of our in-person classes into every recording, so you can feel that connection—whether you're on holiday, travelling, or just at home needing a 10-15 minute top-up.


The Portal is for you. It’s less than the price of a single class because I believe that wellness should be at your fingertips and affordable for everyone.

    Each class has a different intensity level. Depending on your practice and goals, you can choose what suits you best. If you're new to yoga, we recommend starting with Level 1 and gradually progressing.   • 👜 What do I need to bring? Are yoga mats provided?
    We encourage you to bring your own mat for hygiene and comfort. However, we have a few spare mats available if needed. All other props, such as blocks and straps, are provided.
  • 🏋️‍♀️ I’m not fit enough yet—where should I start?
    Our most beginner-friendly class is Tuesday and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM (Level 1), followed by Friday 9.30am. This is a great starting point! Explore our classes here: 👉 Class Schedule
  • 📍 Where are your classes held?

  • 🧘‍♂️ How big are the classes?
    Our classes are small enough for personal attention but big enough to feel the group energy! We typically have up to 18 students per class.
  • 🤰 Do you offer pregnancy yoga classes?
    At present, we do not offer dedicated pregnancy yoga classes. However, depending on the stage of pregnancy and experience level, some of our classes may be suitable with modifications. If you're unsure, feel free to ask!
