We’ll begin the year together with a truly sacred practice.

The 108 Sun Salutations, known in Sanskrit as Surya Namaskar, are a moving meditation traditionally offered at times of transition: new beginnings, endings, and moments of renewal.


The number 108 holds deep spiritual significance across yoga and ancient traditions. It represents wholeness, completion, and the return to unity. Each round becomes a quiet prayer; a chance to release what’s been, honour the journey, and step forward with intention.


This is not about pushing or perfection.

It’s about rhythm, breath, devotion, and showing up exactly as you are.

More than "just yoga", The instructors are so lovely and experienced and add a special and personal touch. Finding Yoga With Lenka has not only got me back into a healthy Yoga practice, but the classes are genuinely something I look forward to - this is coming from someone who is not prone to "loving exercise" ;-) ...but these classes and community make it fun.
