Care for your mental, emotional and physical health during your pregnancy and beyond. This course is designed to empower you, enable you to embrace your changing body and help you bond with your baby. Classes will include gentle flows for expectant mums, meditation and breathing exercises. The 4-week course will combine the amazing benefits of movement, relaxation, breath-work and self-care, to prepare you for the arrival of your bundle of joy.

Recommended from 12 weeks of pregnancy up to 36 weeks.
