Spring Awaking & Re:Connect Cacao Ceremony Perhaps you too been feeling the heaviness of winter lethargy overstaying its welcome. Winter has been designed to slow down and drop a gear or two, inviting us to hibernate under a cosy blanket. As the days get lighter, we do too. When the long awaited warm sunlight hits our faces, our energy rises and motivation to do, to be, to go, kicks in. In theory at least. If this sounds like you more than you'd like to admit, this cacao ceremony is for you, we have designed an ultra nourishing event, to get your body and mind ready to greet spring. We will awaken the senses with silky smooth cacao drank in a beautiful ceremony, breathe new life into our bodies and plant new seeds of creation in our minds. You'll leave feeling awake, full of beautiful energy and oh so nurtured. Join us Sunday 30 April, 3 - 5.30pm through What to expect? Magical Cacao Ceremony - this ancient medicine will help us to deepen our connection to our hearts and selves. We will reflect on what is there that each of us need to release and let go off. Meditation, sharing circle and gentle movement. All rounded up with Healing Sound bath. Cancelation Policy

For yoga classes, cancellation is 90 mins prior to the session. Last minute cancellations won’t be possible. For events and workshops, there is no refund policy. All sales are final. Cancellation after the booking is not be refundable.
