About the event
Free online class for all of you lovely yogis as my Thank You! Your commitment means a world to us and I would love for us to get together after the Christmas to celebrate our love for yoga. Class will be structured as 40mins Love Actualised flow, treating our body to a rejuvenating full body dynamic movement with some longer holds. All wrapped up with Love Actualised gratitude mediation. I hope to see you on your mats ❤️ 🎄 🧘🏽♀️
