The 108 Sun Salutations, known in Sanskrit as Surya Namaskar, are a moving meditation traditionally offered at times of transition: new beginnings, endings, and moments of renewal.
The number 108 holds deep spiritual significance across yoga and ancient traditions. It represents wholeness, completion, and the return to unity. Each round becomes a quiet prayer; a chance to release whatโs been, honour the journey, and step forward with intention.
This is not about pushing or perfection.
Itโs about rhythm, breath, devotion, and showing up exactly as you are.
