In Sarah's extended Rocket yoga class, you can expect an invigorating and dynamic practice incorporating some advanced asanas, longer holds, and creative transitions to deepen your practice and challenge your strength and flexibility. It’s a Vinyasa based practice so expect to move with breath and flow through sequences designed to energize the body and focus the mind. Sarah will offer variations and modifications to accommodate different levels of experience so you can take it at your own pace.
