Yoga with Lenka is not only yoga classes. Lenka also holds a one day yoga and spiritual growth fest - Ananda, once per year. I had a pleasure to take part in the one held in June this year. "Being fairly new to Bedford, and Aussie expats no less, my partner and I have been so happily surprised to find this exceptional offering. More than "just yoga", The instructors are so lovely and experienced and add a special and personal touch. Finding Yoga With Lenka has not only got me back into a healthy Yoga practice, but the classes are genuinely something I look forward to - this is coming from someone who is not prone to "loving exercise" ;-) ...but these classes and community make it fun. I can honestly say this is the best Yoga practice I've engaged in both in the UK (including in London) and Australia - well done Lenka and team.

"Yoga with Lenka is the best class (and community) you should join if you’re a newbie and want to learn yoga like me in the heart of Bedford.
