Service Description

Journey inward with gentle yoga movements & relaxing sound bath meditation led by Magda or Lenka. You’ll immerse yourself in the vibrations and sounds of crystal singing bowls while giving yourself the space to let go of what no longer serves you. Taking place in stunning Boathouse at Box End. Driving to MK43 8RQ, park and walk down to the lake. Turn left and find Boat House, come to the first floor. Bring your favourite blanket, comfy cloths and your cosy socks. Perfect for all levels, beginners are welcome!

Cancelation Policy

For yoga classes, cancellation is 90 mins prior to the session. Last minute cancellations won’t be possible. For events and workshops, there is no refund policy. All sales are final. Cancellation after the booking is not be refundable.
