A dynamic all-levels vinyasa class designed to build heat, boost energy and leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. Expect mindful movement, flowing sequences and space to reconnect with your breath and body.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

For yoga classes, cancellation is 3 hours prior to the session. Last minute cancellations won’t be possible. For events and workshops, there is no refund policy. All sales are final. Cancellation after the booking is not refundable. Your ticket is always transferable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift or pass it on for someone else to enjoy in your place.

More than "just yoga", The instructors are so lovely and experienced and add a special and personal touch. Finding Yoga With Lenka has not only got me back into a healthy Yoga practice, but the classes are genuinely something I look forward to - this is coming from someone who is not prone to "loving exercise" ;-) ...but these classes and community make it fun.
