Service Description

Freedom to move is important to me and I know how it can change not just our lives, but also the way we think. There is nothing more rewarding when the day to day movements feels great and Animal flow brings this to your movement practice. It is so rewarding teaching it as I feel it empowers others to explore creative movement combinations bringing awareness and curiosity to what is possible to them. I love exploring this journey for myself and i Look forward to meeting and sharing with you this wonderful experience.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

For yoga classes, cancellation is 3 hours prior to the session. Last minute cancellations won’t be possible. For events and workshops, there is no refund policy. All sales are final. Cancellation after the booking is not refundable. Your ticket is always transferable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift or pass it on for someone else to enjoy in your place.

More than "just yoga", The instructors are so lovely and experienced and add a special and personal touch.
