Yoga with Lenka is not only yoga classes. Lenka also holds a one day yoga and spiritual growth fest - Ananda, once per year. I had a pleasure to take part in the one held in June this year. This was something I will always remember and cherish. The variety of offerings was great. Lenka puts her best efforts to offer uniqueness and does everything with love.

"Being fairly new to Bedford, and Aussie expats no less, my partner and I have been so happily surprised to find this exceptional offering. More than "just yoga", The instructors are so lovely and experienced and add a special and personal touch. Finding Yoga With Lenka has not only got me back into a healthy Yoga practice, but the classes are genuinely something I look forward to - this is coming from someone who is not prone to "loving exercise" ;-) ...but these classes and community make it fun. I can honestly say this is the best Yoga practice I've engaged in both in the UK (including in London) and Australia - well done Lenka and team.

"Yoga with Lenka is the best class (and community) you should join if you’re a newbie and want to learn yoga like me in the heart of Bedford.   • 💭 What class should I attend?
    Each class has a different intensity level. Depending on your practice and goals, you can choose what suits you best. If you're new to yoga, we recommend starting with Level 1 and gradually progressing. Here’s our weekly class schedule with intensity levels: Monday 6:30 PM – Flow & Stretch w/Lenka (Level 2-3) Tuesday 6:30 PM – Renew & Revive w/Kim (Level 1-2) Wednesday 6:30 PM – Gentle Flow w/Cerian (Level 1) Thursday 6:00 AM – Sunrise Yoga w/Lenka (Level 5) 7:15 PM – Aligned Yoga w/Holly (Level 3) Friday 9:30 AM – Morning Yoga w/Lenka (Level 1-2) Saturday 10:00 AM – FlexFlow w/Kim (Level 2-3) Sunday 9:30 AM – Let it Flow w/Sarah (Level 4) Explore all our classes here: 👉 Class Schedule
  • 👜 What do I need to bring? Are yoga mats provided?
    We encourage you to bring your own mat for hygiene and comfort. However, we have a few spare mats available if needed. All other props, such as blocks and straps, are provided.
  • 🏋️‍♀️ I’m not fit enough yet—where should I start?
    Our most beginner-friendly class is Tuesday and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM (Level 1), followed by Friday 9.30am. This is a great starting point! Explore our classes here: 👉 Class Schedule
  • 📍 Where are your classes held?
    Our in-person classes take place at: John Bunyan Museum Mill St, Bedford MK40 3EU - simply google Yoga with Lenka on your phone for directions. We also offer online sessions for your convenience! Find more details here: 👉 Class Locations
  • 🧘‍♂️ How big are the classes?
    Our classes are small enough for personal attention but big enough to feel the group energy! We typically have up to 18 students per class.
  • 🤰 Do you offer pregnancy yoga classes?
    At present, we do not offer dedicated pregnancy yoga classes. However, depending on the stage of pregnancy and experience level, some of our classes may be suitable with modifications. If you're unsure, feel free to ask!
